Introductory Lesson

Welcome to AI x 3D — From Idea to Game-Ready Character

This is my first ever 3D course, and the system version of everything I've been showing on YouTube. One structured pipeline, 9 modules, end to end. No fake demos. The same workflow I use to ship production-grade 3D characters and props.

What you'll build

A full custom character, from a 2D concept idea all the way to a rigged, textured asset running inside Unity or Unreal Engine 5. You go through every step yourself, on your own character or following along with the samurai fox we built for the course.

Who built this

I built this with my team of 3D artists, professionals with 10+ years of production experience. We tested every AI tool out there, broke workflows and rebuilt them, argued on every detail, and packed everything that survived into this clean system.

What's inside

9 modules covering the complete production pipeline. Each module has video lessons plus a hands-on practical assignment with feedback from the team.

  1. 2D References: concept work, prompts, generating clean reference shots, splitting your character into parts for better 3D generation.
  2. 3D Generation: choosing the right AI generator per part, multi-view input, getting production-grade base meshes.
  3. Sculpting: cleaning up AI mesh output in Blender's Sculpt Mode. The handful of brushes that cover most of the work.
  4. Retopology: AI retopology plus manual cleanup. Animation-ready quad topology without the multi-day grind.
  5. UV Unwrap: AI auto-UV plus manual seams. Three named material groups, packed efficiently.
  6. Baking HighPoly to LowPoly: normal and ambient occlusion maps. Two paths, one per skill level.
  7. Texturing: full PBR. AI texturing tools plus Blender for the polish. Emission, Metallic, Roughness covered.
  8. Rig and Weight Painting: skeletal rig from AI-assisted tools, plus the weight cleanup that makes animation actually work.
  9. Engine Export: Unity 6 and Unreal Engine 5. Retargeting standard animations, optional physics on cloak and tail.
